Ain’t this a @#$%%!
It never fails. My kids are sick. They spent a whole summer home with me and never got so much as a sniffle. This has been their first full week of school and now a 24-hour virus is sweeping through my house!!
Jo-Jo started showing signs of his sickness earlier in the week. His daycare teacher told me that his bowels were loose (sorry to gross you out). On my way to work on Thursday he threw up in the car and had to be changed when I took him to school. Then on Thursday night Milan started getting sick with the same symptoms and a runny nose. Since this was my official first week of work, my hubby had to stay home and keep the kids.
This morning, all of a sudden Mikaela woke up around 4 a.m. with the worst symptoms of all! She hurled too many times to mention and has been running to the bathroom. I have been spraying and wiping down surfaces like crazy! She has been sleep all morning. She hasn’t eaten anything so far. I plan on giving her soup and crackers and lots of juice when she wakes up. I have actually kept Kaitlin away from Mikaela. I am hoping that Kaitlin will dodge the virus. Even more, I hope I don’t fall victim because I am on the front line of this household epidemic!
Wow, sorry to hear your kids are so sick! Hope they feel better soon. Take lots of vitamins and drink Orange Juice and maybe you won't come down with anything.
