Fantasia Wants R-E-S-P-E-C-T! Singer Boycotts Grammys After Being Snubbed For Aretha Franklin Tribute!

On February 6th I reported FIRST here that Fantasia said she would boycott the grammys because they were not honoring real “soulful” singers.
Now we know exactly why Fantasia was boycotting. Fantasia herself is the soulful singer she was speaking of!
Fantasia told BET’s 106 & Park that she was not happy she was not included in the Aretha Franklin tribute. Fantasia said Franklin is her idol and there was no way she could not jump to her feet and grab the mic and WANT to be a part of the action.
Her manager accepted her award and she said when she heard she won she screamed so loud she scared her daughter.
On today’s Wendy Williams show, Wendy said Fantasia wasn’t asked because Jennifer hudson is a bigger star and is the IT girl right now having lost lots of weight.
Fantasia won for Best female R&B vocal performance for Bitterweet.
