Hanging out at the BET Hip-Hop Awards Party!

After a long grueling week, it was refreshing to get an invite from one of my best blogger friends and Atlanta socialite Tammie Reed to join her at a bloggers lounge and blog live during a BET Hip-Hop party hosted by Fonzworth Bentley. The party was live and kicking! On the menu was barbecue! There was hot dogs, burgers, chicken, beans and potato salad. The bloggers invited by Tammie sat outside and the air was warm and the company was pleasant! We were positioned right next to the step n’ repeat where the stars took their pictures. We caught the stars first hand and were able to snap some great pics.

Tammie was one of the few who got to take a pic of Ray J and because of her I was able to get in the photo too. They were really being protective of Ray J and he had a bodyguard with him so darn big and massive that I started to yell, “Hey Kool-Aid!” Just saying. The dude was large and in-charge- of Ray J. Guess Ray J was making sure nothing would pop off or that he wouldn’t get popped!

Also spotted was Da Brat, fresh off Cell-Block D (Brat, that is), singer Dondria, although I don’t know what she sings and some DJs I have no idea who you are if your name is not Kid Capri or Biz Markie, just saying.

Anyhoo, the bottom line is I had a blast with my girl Tammie and appreciate the invite.
