There is power in being persistent. I’ve been working out and eating right but there are just some days when I don’t feel like I’m winning the battle of the bulge. Then there’s my overly helpful husband who loves to cook all my favorite meals as if he’s doing a good thing when in fact he’s just fueling the fire! But the bottom line is that I’m in it for the long haul. 

You’ve got to plant your feet on the ground and get moving and it helps to snack away on my Planters peanuts along the way! Peanuts give you POWER! Yes it gets hot, most times I’m aggravated and I want to pull my hair out when exercising and trying to do pullups, but just like in the video A Gift from Nature below says, you’ve got to harness your power and accept the gifts that nature gives you. In my case my gift is being a bit bootylicious, but I embrace it and accept it. And that’s what the Power of the Peanut is about!
