Learn about Teacher Toolkits @WorldofCocaCola and win a free class trip!

WOCC-LogoGetting my kids back into the swing of things with school is not easy. Trying to make that transition from playing all summer to getting serious about their schoolwork takes patience, persistent and a dedicated routine to get them back in tune. But I often wonder what exactly do teachers do to get 20+kids in their classroom back on track? What is the Secret Formula for a successful back to school transition for teachers?

Thanks to the folks at the World of Coca Cola, Georgia teachers will get a chance to share their Secret Formula for atickets successful back to school transition. And parents you can nominate your child’s teacher and classroom too and share your back to school secret formula! I’m giving away 30 tickets for a class trip to the World of Coca Cola to a lucky teacher and her class.(More info below).

See, Coca Cola has a heart for teachers (the red says it all) and they’ve developed Teacher Toolkits  where Georgia teachers can fulfill hundreds of Common Core Standards in areas like social studies and English/language arts.

Teacher toolkit

The Teacher Toolkits are re-launching this fall to reflect national standards (rather than just Georgia Performance Standards). The World of Coca-Cola also hosts hundreds of field trips each year and has an Educator Open House with the Georgia Aquarium coming up this weekend.

Teachers can take a group of 25 kids and four chaperones on a trip to the World of Coca Cola and they’ll be sure to experience the fascinating story of Coca-Cola, meet the Coca-Cola Polar Bear, enjoy 100+ flavors from around the world and enter the Vault of the Secret Formula exhibit and learn about Coke’s closely guarded 125-year secret!

Follow Facebook.com/WorldofCocaCola and @WorldofCocaCola on Twitter.

CONTEST RULES: I have 30 tickets available to give away to a deserving Georgia teacher! BUT you don’t need to be a teacher to enter. You can NOMINATE your child’s teacher! Once the winner is chosen the reps at Coca Cola will contact that teacher. I am really excited about this giveaway! Please follow the instructions below:

  1. You MUST leave a comment (because it counts as your initial entry) and tell me what is your SECRET FORMULA in getting your classroom back on track Or if you are a parent what is your secret formula for getting your kids in tune with their new school schedule.

All other entries are option through rafflecopter below. The more entries, the better your chances of winning! (The teacher and class has until 3/31/14 to take the trip) Good luck!

I get my daughter in the swing of things with a good school schedule by getting her in bed at an early hour and getting her clothes ready for the week on Sunday. Her teacher would love this.

My grandkids went to camp all summer so they had a routine in place already. We pray everyday together before they leave the house. I think it leaves them with peace and optimism. Thanks to my neighbor for sharing this great contest. Our (grand) kids go to a title one school so a free field trip would be helpful.
