Did you miss it? Or did you see my big embarrassing moment on Live Well TV’s Live Big with Ali Vincent, the super-likable, very lovable first female winner of the widely popular show the Biggest Loser!
Ali’s pretty awesome and I had a blast hanging out with her at the Disney Social Media Moms event in May. What I didn’t know is that all of my encounters with Ali would be played out on national TV! Yes I knew the cameras were taping all of the Disney Social media Moms for a fun run and it would be shown on Live Well TV on Ali’s show Live Big with Ali Vincent. So I kinda shrugged off the fact that any of my parts would be aired at all. However, I ended up having a BIG part on Live BIG! Boy did I ever! You can see my lying to Ali, hiding from Ali and really cutting up quite a bit. Ok, so I know I cut up a lot, but when I see it on camera I can really see how much of a ham I am! I kept seeing Ali and in my mind I was trying to do everything to avoid her because it meant I would have to face my fear. And that’s the fear of running.
Well I didn’t get out of it. I ran. Well kinda. I had a hard time running but Ali pushed me the whole way and I walk/ran quite a distance and really surprised myself. I would have never done that alone. Nope not in a million years.

I will eventually get to where I want to be. And hopefully one day I’ll surprise Ali and show her what her inspiration has done for me. Ali’s awesome. Thank you Ali for making me face my fear and do something I was afraid to do! We can all earn a lesson about LIVING BIG and doing our best at all times. You never know what you can do until you TRY!
