Who says exercise isn’t fun?
Well when you throw in exercise coupled with a great cause and a passionate mom, you produce the Kiles World 5k fun run at Chastain Park with friendly faces, lots of food and enough money raised to support an artistic summer camp.
The Foundation was created after the tragic boating accident on Lake Lanier and death of her son Kile Glover. March 29th would have been Kile’s 13th birthday and yesterday was a celebration in his honor to support Kamp Kiles World which was created in Kile’s vision because he was an artistic kid.
Also spotted was Atlanta celebs Rashan Ali, Jovita Moore and Ryan Cameron. Even Beyonce posted support of Kiles World on her website a few days ago.
It was a great day and a wonderful jovial atmosphere. Tameka was in great spirit even though I know it was a tough day to get through. At the end of the run, Tameka and her friends celebrated a lot by dancing and mingling with supporters. It was moms supporting moms and nothing but love was in the air.
