This week I had the pleasure of visiting Six Flags Over Georgia with my kids.
If you haven’t had the chance to ride the Goliah, brave the Ninja, chill over at Hurricane Harbor and scream on the Georgia Scorcher, then you definitely have to get over to Six Flags real soon. And you can get $13 off discount coupon off the price of admission thanks to a new partnership between Pantech Mobile and Six Flags that will enable AT&T to be fully integrated into the overall experience at the park. Expect to see more AT&T-branded signage, video and promotional events at Six Flags Over Georgia, four Pantech-themed promotional days as well as discounted park admission coupons available exclusively in local AT&T retail stores.
To get the discounted tickets, head over to an AT&T retail stores (where Pantech Mobile products are sold) get a coupon. And while you’re at the store, check out the Pantech Vybe, a cell phone that is easy to use that my kids really love.
When you have tweens, they want all the benefits and bells and whistles of big girls. But I truly have to be decisive with Mikaela and Kaitlin because until I’m truly sure they can step up and be fully responsible. So it scares me a bit when I see kids with an expensive cell phone. My girls definitely need a phone, but I know they need a reliable phone with the same bells and whistles benefits but scaled down with an affordable price and a monthly fee I can manage. So I was happy to have my girls try out the new Pantech Vybe cell from AT&T.
Mikaela tried it and loved it! She could text, which she does best, call friends and I can control just how much talking she does depending on the cell phone plan I choose at AT&T.
The phone is really user friendly and has many features found on expensive phones. For one, there is a slide-out QWERTY keyboard that I didn’t even know was there until Mikaela slid it out!
The audio is loud and clear, and the phone is light & very slim. The keypad makes texting a snap too.
I have had touch screen phones that make a chore out of texting but the Pantech Vybe is fun to text with. Also set up is quick & simple. If you talk & text a lot, this a high value. And if you have kids who like to text and talk then this phone will be a hit and you’ll score some parental cool points.
Also one of the best things I love about this phone too is that I left it on for a few days and the battery life held up great! The bars barely moved and I couldn’t believe that.
The phone also has access to email accounts like Hotmail, which my daughter has. You can also access the Internet and we had no problems doing so. I liked the home page with the colorful icons too.
More features include:
The preloaded apps, include:
- an alarm clock
- calculator
- converter
- notepad
- pill reminder
- sketch pad, stop watch
- tip calculator
- and world time
You can also record voice memos, and the phone uses Nuance-powered voice recognition so you can control it hands-free. This phone is definitely Cincomom-approved!
